My institution does not subscribe to KidSONO, can I still take the courses?

KidSONO is designed to blend online and in-person learning and we don’t currently run onsite courses. To obtain a certificate of completion you will need to complete supervised practice with a KidSONO instructor. If your center is not using KidSONO and you need access to hands-on teaching contact us and we will see if we are able to help.

Is CME available?

KidSONO has been approved for category 3 MOC credit, number of hours varies by module. Upon completion of a module you can submit your KidSONO certificate as proof of completion.

How long do I have to complete my course?

While there is no strict time limit, we would encourage you to complete the course over no longer than a few months. A focused effort will improve knowledge acquisition and consolidation. Longer than this and you will begin to forget the earlier content.
